Homeowner preparation for our arrival: Personal Belongings For assistance with our project, please ensure that you remove, cover, or store any personal belongings from your back/front patio before your start date. Refer to the door knocker notice for your designated start date, as provided by our team. Examples include: • Patio furniture • Potted plants (vines attached to patio walls, shrubbery needs to be cut back 18 inches away from walls) • Decorative lighting • Rugs • BBQs • Bikes • Boxes • Door mats • Retractable awnings, etc. If you have a question regarding an item, please contact Elite directly. Windows and Blinds Please be aware that our crew will not require access to the inside of your home. Ladders will be in use, so it is important to keep your windows and blinds closed for the duration of production. Front Doors- All front doors are painted while shut during normal production hours. Front Door Jamb/Reveal Painting Notice Our paint crew will make up to two (2) Saturday attempts to complete the painting of your front door jamb and reveal.No appointment is necessary for these visits. Please arrange to be available between the hours of 8am-2pm. First Attempt:You will be notified with a blue door knocker placed on your front door. Final Attempt:If the crew is unable to complete the work during the first visit, a second and final attempt will be made on a future Saturday. A pink door knocker will be left to indicate this final attempt. Please ensure the crew has clear access to the door area on these days.Thank you for your cooperation as we complete this work.
